15. Large Parcels & Unboxing

For larger gift hampers or oversized consignments, we recommend recording a short unboxing video while opening the package.

The video helps us verify the condition of the shipment and allows us to resolve any issues more efficiently.

16. Reporting Damages or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incomplete
  • Incorrect

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • An unboxing video (recommended for large consignments)

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
